Joybox and this online store/website (www.joybox.co.nz) is traded by the company Ryan Hayden Ltd.

Where the name Joybox is used, it refers to the company “Ryan Hayden Ltd”.

Where the terms “our”, “we” or “us” are used, they refer to the company “Ryan Hayden Ltd”.

Where the terms “You” or “Your” are used, they refer to the purchaser/buyer of goods and services from Joybox.


By purchasing from our store you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

The terms and conditions outlined below cover all supply of goods and services by Ryan Hayden Ltd trading as Joybox to you, this includes your use of the Joybox website: www.joybox.co.nz.

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase items from this store.

Items purchased from our store may only be made by persons aqcuiring goods for their own use. An exception applies to persons who have authority to agree to these terms/conditions on behalf of a company. Goods purchased from our store are not be purchased for the purpose of resupply.


All prices on the Joybox online store (www.joybox.co.nz) are given in New Zealand Dollars and exclude delivery cost which can be added to your order at checkout (All prices on website include GST) unless purchased from and shipped outside of New Zealand. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.


The following credit cards are accepted for payment via the Paypal secure payments system:
Visa, MasterCard and American Express
We also accept payment from your PayPal account if you have one.

All payments are processed via PayPal’s secure payments system to ensure high levels of payment security and are subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.


All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or if the lead time has changed, due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case we will do our best to fulfill the order, or cancel and provide a refund.


We must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below.


Once an order has been placed you are unable to cancel or alter the order.


All shipping is calculated in New Zealand Dollars and choice of shipping can be selected and added to the cost of purchase at time of checkout. Lead times apply to most of our products, the timeframes for this are indicated on the product pages. In addition to any lead times, please allow 4 – 6 working days for delivery.


In addition to the above shipping conditions: any products purchased from and shipped outside of New Zealand do not include GST (zero rated). The buyer will be solely responsible for any additional customs, tax or duty charges that may be incurred by international shipping.
Joybox accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of your product/s once they have been received by our shipping company.


By purchasing from our website you agree to be added to our marketing communications email list. You will be able to opt out any time if you wish by unsubscribing from the link at the base of any email communications you receive from us.


There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items.

If you are unhappy with your order please contact us to discuss a return.

Please note that a change of mind on an order will not be able to be refunded or cancelled.

We are unable to replace items that are damaged due to negligent use, weather exposure, or where 6 months or more has passed since the date of purchase.

Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that have been may be damaged that are returned to us within 21 days of being received by you. However normal lead times will apply if the item is not in stock.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. You must inform us at info@joybox.co.nz of any faults within 7 days of receipt of goods. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by customer will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting info@joybox.co.nz about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.


We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.

We assume no responsibility for the completeness and current accuracy of the information provided on our website.


Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by Joybox or any of its employees, contractors or agents. We will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind regardless of how that loss or damage is caused or arises.

If you have acquired goods or services from us for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply. The conditions, warranties and guarantees set out in the Sale of Goods Act 1908 or otherwise implied by statute or common law will not apply and are excluded from these terms of trade.
