Some items Occasionally we run low on giftbox items. If something in your order is unavailable, we’ll get in touch with you right away and offer replacement items of equal value or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Our goal is to make sure your Joybox is still just as fun and exciting as you expect!

Most items will be the same as shown, but sometimes the variety may differ. EG, a Hot Wheels car might be orange in the photo but green when delivered. These items are still the same product, just a different style or colour.
You’ll normally find this noted it in the product description so there are no surprises.
